Proposal Approval
Once we both decide we’re a great fit, we’ll discuss our fee ($150-$200 per person, paid before in-depth research begins).
Traveltied will work its magic (usually takes about two weeks depending on trip complexity). You’ll receive:
A presentation proposal to share with your group.
A custom trip landing page where additional travelers can sign themselves up to join you.
A detailed Client Guide, which will house everything from who Traveltied is to how to download your customer portal, approve invoices and view trip details.
Upon approval and deposit collection, we’ll get your party confirmed. Don’t worry, we’re handling a million little details during this time so you don’t have to!

Travel with Confidence
As your travel dates approach, your group stays informed with email updates about requirements or changes. They can also join our community to stay connected and ask questions. If desired, we can create a What’s App group to share information, so that no one person is getting all of the last minute questions.
