We take pride in getting to know our clients so we can make their trip as enjoyable as possible. This begins with you filling out a brief questionnaire, then we'll have a complimentary Zoom call to discuss your dreams. No pressure. Just conversation.
Once we both decide we’re a great fit, we’ll discuss our fee ($150-$200 per person, paid before in-depth research begins).
Traveltied will work its magic (usually takes about two weeks depending on trip complexity). You’ll receive:
Upon approval and deposit collection, we’ll get your party confirmed. Don’t worry, we’re handling a million little details during this time so you don’t have to!
As your travel dates approach, your group stays informed with email updates about requirements or changes. They can also join our community to stay connected and ask questions. If desired, we can create a What’s App group to share information, so that no one person is getting all of the last minute questions.

That takes some information gathering. A big factor is seasonality. Are your travel dates flexible? If you need a list of questions to send to your group, we’re happy to help.
Typically $150-$200 per person depending on your trip’s complexity. For groups there will be a flat rate discussed and will be divided in a way that works for everyone. This must be paid before we begin in-depth research to protect our time.
That’s up to each client. We’re happy to provide quotes for that service wrapped into your proposal.
Yes! We especially love working with book clubs exploring literary destinations, women’s travel groups seeking authentic cultural experiences, and history enthusiasts ready to dive deep into European heritage.
That’s what we’re here for! If you have an idea for a group such as your bookclub, wine group, neighborhood friend group, etc.,please reach out. We will discuss your options and give you free resources to take to your group to gauge interest. We can do custom presentations if requested, but will need at least one research and planning fee before working on it.
Absolutely! Traveltied is more than small group travel. We do recommend no one go it alone for safety reasons, but everyone has their preferences, and we’re here to support your travel dreams!
